Vitter to host town hall meeting in Larose
U.S. Sen. David Vitter will host a town hall meeting to hear from constituents in Lafourche Parish, Tuesday, September 3.
“I always look forward to my town hall meetings in Louisiana, because they keep me energized and in-tune with what’s going on in the real world,” Vitter said. “I always think folks in Louisiana have the best, most common-sense ideas, and hearing from them helps me do the job I was elected to do – represent them in Washington.”
According to Sen. Vitter’s office, the meeting’s focus is to discuss efforts to stop runaway federal spending and debt, to reignite our energy economy, and to grow good jobs in Louisiana.
The public meeting will be held at the Larose Civic Center, this Tuesday, September 3, from 2 to 3 p.m.
