Thibodaux Regional Medical Center partners with CIS to provide higher level of cardiovascular care
Thibodaux Regional Medical Center and Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) announce a new partnership focusing on a higher level of commitment to provide leading cardiovascular health care to the region.
Thibodaux Regional and CIS are nationally recognized for excellence in patient satisfaction and clinical care. Through this partnership, CIS will work collaboratively with Thibodaux Regional on cardiovascular related services to achieve the highest possible outcomes in clinical care, patient satisfaction and efficiency.
This relationship will bring enhancements to cardiovascular care through the utilization of new tools and the latest technology; performance of a broader range of interventional heart procedures; improved processes; and less cost.
Providing enhanced and additional services closer to home offers more convenience for patients, and also allows for quicker delivery of care.
“The number one objective of this partnership is to create a great patient experience,” said Greg Stock, CEO of Thibodaux Regional. “The collaboration with CIS will allow us to further our commitment to provide excellent clinical care and outstanding personal care.”
“As the health care environment continues to evolve, it is important that hospitals and physicians work as a team to meet the challenges of the future and to further expand upon the quality and access to world-class health care services,” explained CIS CEO David Konur. “This type of partnership is a win-win for our patients and our community.”
