Rosel M. LeBlanc, 55, a native and resident of Lockport, passed away on February 5, 2013.

She is survived by mother, Stella C. LeBlanc; daughter, Sadie LeBlanc; sister, Linda Arvello and husband John Arvello; and family Jessica, Ty and Lindsey LeBlanc.

She was preceded in death by father, Henry J. LeBlanc, Jr.; sister, Bettina Allemand and her beloved Lucy.
