A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 3rd at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews for Ronald “Black” Sevin, 77, a resident and native of Lockport, who died on December 31, 2012 at 6:05 a.m.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. service at the church with burial at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport.
He is survived by daughter, Michelle LeBlanc and husband Dane; step son, Wayne LeBlanc; step daughters, Barbara Bonvillian, Gail Cantrelle; brothers, Rickey J. Sevin, Sandy P. “Pop” Sevin; sisters, Rosalind “Linney” Davis and Lona Usie; numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by wife, Louverta Sevin; parents, Earl and Aline A. Sevin; step son, Keith LeBlanc; step daughters, Charlene Savoie and Wanda LeBlanc; brothers, Rudy J. Sevin, Freddie Sevin, Frances Sevin, Randy “Brud” Sevin; and sister, Lois Sevin Fonseca.
He was the owner of Blackie’s Seafood Restaurant.
