Public’s help sought in theft of dirt bikes
A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for stealing two dirt bikes (off-road motorcycles) from a Raceland residence this summer.
In late July, two dirt bikes were stolen from a shed at a residence in the 4300 block of LA Highway 1 in Raceland. One of the bikes was a 2002 blue Yamaha Z125 with several decals on it. The other was a 2015 blue Yamaha YZ250. Investigators learned a white pickup truck was seen parked on the shoulder of the highway that night.
