As a special preview on Sunday there will also be a few special features: Skinny Louisiana author Shelly Marie Redmond will be on hand with a cooking demonstration at 1 pm followed by a book signing and Alexis Braud will do a reading from her Children’s Book Cajun ABC at 2pm followed by a book signing.
