Nickless Phillip Adams (Nick), 77, passed away after a lengthy battle with paralysis resulting from a stroke, on Monday, July 2, 2018 in Houma, LA.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 9 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland. Funeral Services will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Falgout Funeral Home with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Nativity Cemetery.

Nick is survived by his daughter, Nicole Marie Adams of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Gregory Kaiser Jr. and Payton Slover; 4 great grandchildren, Gregory III, Kyleigh, Kaiser and Loxley Fox. Also survived by his step-son, Richard Huye Jr. (Stephanie) and grandchildren, William, Cassie and Darby. Nick is survived by siblings, Vincent, Harris Jr., Russell Adams, Corine Giror and Enola Guidry.

Preceeded in death by his parents, Harris C. and Florine Bergeron Adams and siblings, Douglas, Lovelace, Edward Adams, Eva Frickey and Ethel Comardelle.

Nick was born of January 10, 1941 in Raceland. He graduated from Raceland High School before joining the United States Army, where he served in Korea as a lab tech. Upon his completion of service, Nick began a career as a Lab Technician in the medical field and worked in Houma before moving to Baton Rouge. Later, he carried his skills to the chemical field in a similar role.
