Joseph “Bo Doo” Gisclair, 92, a native of Galliano and resident of Golden Meadow, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.

Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, in Golden Meadow, on Wednesday, December 4th from 9 a.m. until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the church starting at 11 a.m. with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 69 years, Marie D. Gisclair; sons, Michael A. Gisclair, Aaron S. Gisclair; grandson, Anthony Gisclair (companion-Melanie); brother, John Gisclair and sister, Antoinette Guidry.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dominick and Artelise Gisclair; brothers, Sidney, Antoine and Stanley Gisclair and grandchild, Joseph Lee Gisclair.
