EMILE ALLEMAN

He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Eldise Bourgeois Alleman; son, Ronny Joseph Alleman and wife Joan; daughters, Darlene Alleman Dupuy and husband Tony, Sable Alleman Cheramie; and sister, Ivy Mae Aucoin; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; father Augustine Alleman and his mother, Bibinne Blanchard Alleman; brother, Steward Alleman; and son-in-law, Kurt Cheramie.

Emile spent 37 years in the Louisiana Oilfields working with GULF, and was known to many as “Ally-Oop” on the CB radio.

He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II.

He loved garage sales, visiting the Casino, traveling the 50 states, carpentry, hand crafts, and working outdoors.

Known to his family as a wonderful father, grandfather and a true hard working American, he will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
