Cut Off resident named Domino’s Pizza National Delivery Expert of the Year
CUT OFF, La. — Domino’s has awarded Austin Guidry with the prestigious title of National Delivery Expert of the Year, the company said recently in a press release. Guidry was presented the award at a recent Domino’s awards ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The prestigious National Delivery Expert of the Year Award recognizes excellence in safe delivery, courtesy and customer service. Guidry works for Domino’s franchise owner Penne Carpenter at the Cut Off, La., Domino’s store.
Guidry has been with Domino’s for three years.
“At Domino's, we strive to keep the speed in the store, not on the roads,” said Scott Hinshaw, Domino’s executive vice president of franchise operations and development. “The National Delivery Expert of the Year Award is our way of recognizing the safe driving achievements of our delivery people. It also lets our delivery team know we appreciate their efforts to deliver great-tasting pizza with great service."
“Customers love Austin,” said Carpenter. “He is a safe driver that goes above and beyond to get to know his customers. He takes great care to ensure that each and every customer has a great Domino’s experience.
“Being recognized as the National Delivery Expert of the Year is such an honor for me, as I work hard to serve our customers,” said Guidry. “I’m thankful for the opportunities presented to me as a delivery expert at Domino’s, and I will continue to strive to be the best part of someone’s day.”
