Carroll A. Angeron, a native of Galliano and resident of Larose, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at the age of 74.
A visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Friday, June 5 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose at 2:00 p.m. on Friday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Carroll is survived by his wife of 57 years, Audrey Guidroz Angeron; 2 daughters, Tamy Lasseigne (Bud) and Pam Pitre (David); 3 sons, Reese Angeron (Stephanie), Roddy Angeron (Mattie) and Reggie Angeron (Rachael); 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren with 3 great-grandchildren on the way; brother, Kirk Angeron (Angela); sisters, Shari David (Hilton) and Trudy Pierce (Farrell).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Julian Angeron and Clara Pitre Angeron; father-in-law, Edward Guidroz and mother-in-law, Mae Guidroz.
Carroll was a family man who especially loved being a paw to his grandchildren; he enjoyed working outside and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is entrusted with arrangements.
